Check http://who.is And See Domain Registerer If It Same As Company Name So You’ll Lost It But If It’s Different Than Company Name You Won’t Lose It But You Have To Connect It With The New Hosting By Editing DNS Settings From The Domain Registerer . Website Will Be Lost In Both Situations .
For your domain you should contact ICAAN, the authority for domain registration. For your website, you should have done a backup which can be then place on another server.

First check at http://www.whois.sc following:
1. Name of ICANN Registrar
2. Details in Admin Contact details
If admin contact details are yours, then approach Registrar directly and question them to provide you control panel. They will help you for gain control on domain name.
If admin details are not yours, then it is bit hard for you to prove that domain is owned by you.
Still contact registrar and question if they can help you in this matter. They may question you to provide few legal documentation and some other proof to give you the control of domain.
